Our Story
What does Ukrainian By Marriage mean?

It means exactly that, Michelle Jaworski (not Ukrainian by background), and the owner of Ukrainian By Marriage, married a Ukrainian.

When Michelle became pregnant, she wanted to find a cute onesie with Ukrainian sayings on it to announce the birth of her first child. This became a more difficult process than anticipated, and Michelle ended up creating her own.
As a result, Ukrainian By Marriage was born. Our desire is to help other families and their children with Ukrainian roots celebrate their culture and background through clothing.
Our Fabrics
All of our creations are CPSIA/CCPSA and WRAP compliant, and our infant onesies meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

All of the clothing has been purchased in Canadian Stores, and are safe for infants and toddlers. They are also made with sustainable and fairly grown Canadian and American materials.

Our Production
Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by our founder, Michelle Jaworski, in her family home. Ukrainian By Marriage is a true labour of love, with each item receiving the same thoughtful attention and care that Michelle puts into creating for her own daughter.
